Customer Appreciation Day at the Library was a Great Success!

The Memorial-Nottingham Library held its first Customer Appreciation Day on November 23, 2015, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. The event was a great success!  Patrons filled the meeting room, and enjoyed a buffet that included a sandwich platter, a vegetable platter, fruit, and a cake!

Everyone received a free tote bag with various small gifts, and three lucky winners had their names drawn to win a $10.00 gift card from Dave's supermarket!  Everyone also got a chance to offer suggestions and feedback about the books and services the library offers, including: adult fiction, children’s books, non-fiction, DVD’s, CD’s, and audio books.

The new branch manager, Kevin Ray, hopes to make this an annual event.  He organized the celebration to thank everyone who uses the library, and to introduce other new library staff members.

"I am glad to be a part of this community, and am excited to work with the Memorial-Nottingham team," he said.  "I'm looking forward to meeting this communities needs and helping the Cleveland Public Library meet its organizational goals."

The library also offers children programs, computer classes, legal clinics, and a lot more.  Their copy machines have fax capabilities. Non-profits can use the community room for meetings.

To experience everything the library has to offer, please visit the library or call: (216)-623-7039.  The Memorial-Nottingham Library is located at 17109 Lakeshore Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44110.
