ActiVacant is coming ot East 185th Street

What is ActiVacant you might ask? Well, ActiVacant is an innovative business development initiative designed to launch five new businesses during the fall of 2014. ActiVacant will help small businesses free up capital so they can focus on the important stuff, like the day-to-day operations of running a business.

ActiVacant is more than your typical business incubator. These businesses are encouraged to work together, getting them over the humps. Positive promotions and P.R. are important to drive business. Because of this, ActiVators are encouraged to cross promote their businesses. They will also participate in an online documentary series that will be shown in six installments over the course of the three year program.
