Meet my little fur baby hazel .

A few months ago my parents stumble across a beautiful lost dog that got loose in tied up with a  wire that the dog had attached to her collar around the trash can. my step dad went to throw away some trash,when he discovered the dog tied up,he informed my mom, they untangled the wire and the dog was free, the dog was so excited to be free that the dog fell in love with my parents.My parents were no way prepared for a dog in the house, so they called me to informed me, they found a stray dog at the house,and if I wanted the dog. Now the funny thing about this was that I was planning on going to the dog kennel to look for a dog that weekend, being a little superstitions, I was thinking that this was meant to be,I was the chosen one,to have this dog that came to the house, Like why else would this Dog just mysteriously come to the house and get tied around their trash can so my parents cou;d find her.So i took the dog home and adopted this dog,I gave the dog a name ,I named her pinky and for almost 3 weeks I kept pinky Fed her, walked her,and most importantly, I loved her.

  So about 3 weeks go by and I come across this missing dog flyer with a dog that looks like my dog pinky ,the dog name was cookie on the flyer and the flyer said at the bottom that her 3 daughters were so sad that there dog was missing, I couldn't believe this, I felt like something heavy hit me like a train, I decided I would take some time to think about what I wanted to do,it took me a few days for me to decide if I was going to return the dog or keep it, and it was a very tough decision, after like 3 to 4 days I decided to give the owner back her dog, I called the owner of the dog ,to informed her that I have her dog .I really didn't want to give the dog back, I had fallen in love with this pinky , I had a heavy conscious  of giving the owner a second , and it was bothering me alot, but I felt it was the right thing to do.I gave her a call she answered the phone and I got nervous and hung up ,she called me right back and I didnt answer ,I waited a few mins and called her back and give her my address , she came shortly after and got the dog , and the owner kids they were so emotional to get their dog back, it got me emotional too .

    After a few weeks went by, I decided to go on a search for Dog that I can call my own , even my parents were involved in this search for a dog with me my mom told me I should check out the kennel in valley view called the cuyahoga county animal shelter, so I went up there to check out this shelter, I was so overwhelmed by all the dogs in there looking for a new home, I was wow where do I start at,I wish I could adopt them all, I made my way around the Shelter feeling out each dog's vibe and energy,I came across 2 of them that really stood out to me a very pretty tan Siberian Husky with blue eyes,and a beautiful American Bulldog with Hazel eyes,so I decided to go home to think about it before I made a decision.I returned a day later to visit both dogs the Husky and the american bulldog. I went into like a little waiting room area where I would wait for the dog to come to meet , The husky came 1st, let me tell you that was one of the most beautifulest Husky I ever seen, my heart was beating my hands got sweaty and i got so excited to see what kind of connection Im going to get from the Husky.Then my heart dropped the Husky didn't seem to have a connection with me whatsoever, I was informed by the staff that the husky was a male, and he could be a difficult dog for someone whos not familiar with huskies ,He wouldn't come near me nor would he eat the doggy treats the staff gave me to give the husky, I told the staff i wasn't sure about the Husky , so let meet the american bulldog , I waited a few mins and the staff lady brought the other dog ,the dog was a female ,and she was so friendly she jumped on me gave me a hug and her eyes was watering as like she was crying it was a no brainer I knew what dog I wanted and I went right away to do my paperwork so I can adopt her ,a few days later I walked out the shelter with a new dog .

    I named her Hazel Because of her Hazel eyes then  bonding started , like a blind date figuring about each,learning each others personalities, and we had a lot of great adventures together ,encounters with angry aggressive deers. which made me purchase Hazel a heavy duty harness vest to protect her against deer and coyotes, and stray dog attacks. Sometimes I would start a bonfire in my backyard in my fire pit and Hazel lies right next to my feet until the fire goes out. She rides in the car everywhere I go, an also she wmt on these awesome 2 hour hiking expeditions, bird watching adventures , I really love my dog im glad shes in my life and I know she's glad i'm in hers .
