Sewer District Hosting Community Meetings

The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District will host a series of meetings, called “Your Sewer District… the next five years,” to help customers understand more about the agency’s work and what customers can expect during 2017-2021.

Event dates and locations include:

  • Thursday, May 19, 5 – 7 p.m.
    Nordonia High School, Auditorium
    8006 South Bedford Road, Macedonia, Ohio 44056

  • Wednesday, May 25, 5 – 7 p.m.
    Cuyahoga Community College, Western Campus, B Atrium in B Building
    11000 Pleasant Valley Road, Parma, Ohio 44130

  • Saturday, June 4, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
    Cuyahoga Community College, Eastern Campus, Student Services Building (President’s Plaza)
    4250 Richmond Road, Highland Hills, Ohio 44122

  • Wednesday, June 8, 5 – 7 p.m.
    Cuyahoga Community College, Jerry Sue Thornton Center, Ford Room
    2500 East 22nd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44115

These meetings include a brief presentation about proposed rate increases for 2017-2021, delivered periodically throughout the event. In addition, many areas of the Sewer District will be present with subject matter experts available to answer customer questions about the organization’s responsibilities and upcoming construction projects, as well as career and business opportunities.

“We invite our customers to stop by any time during these times,” said Constance Haqq, Director of Administration and External Affairs.  “Customer Service will be available to assist customers with their bills, sign them up for the Summer Sprinkling Program and help them understand more about cost-saving programs for qualified customers.”
