Council for Economic Opportunities Services Aid Residents in Glenville

The Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland, the Community Action Agency for Cuyahoga County, has proudly served the Glenville community since of 1966 and its support of the community is as strong today as it has ever been.  The Glenville Neighborhood Opportunity Center (10529 St. Clair Avenue), located in the Glenville Town Center offers an open door to a brighter future.   The Council encourages local residents to take a few minutes to visit and see how the free programs and services offered though the center can transform their lives.

“We are here to help,” says Dr. Jacklyn Chisholm, President and CEO of the Council. “We have caring and experienced staff who will help you get back on track and moving in a positive direction.” The Glenville NOC specializes in putting together personal and professional development plans that help people get back on their feet, back to school, or find the right job training to fit their skills. “The Glenville NOC staff doesn’t just work with families and individuals, we partner with them,” says Chisholm. “We are here to assist them in identifying, pursing and attaining their goals.”
