St. John Nottingham Church hosts Dr.Paul Maier

St. John Nottingham Lutheran Church is presenting a seminar at the church, 17403 Nottingham Road, on Saturday September 19, 2015 from 9:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. This seminar is being presented as part of our 125 th anniversary celebration for “Spreading the Good News” in the Collinwood area.

Dr. Paul L. Maier will present the seminar and is the Russell H. Seibert Professor of Ancient History at Western Michigan University and a much-published author of both scholarly and popular works. Dr. Maier lectures widely, appears frequently on national radio, television, and newspaper interviews, and has received numerous awards. Dr. Maier will cover the following topics: Christianity and the Competition, Islam and Christianity, and Defending the Faith. A light lunch will be served with a free will donation to help defray costs.
