The City of Euclid Announces 2014 Summer Event Series

The City of Euclid is pleased to announce an unprecedented new summer event series, Summer at Sims.  The events will be held at Sims Park, Euclid’s Waterfront Park located at 23131 Lakeshore Boulevard. 

Summer at Sims is a new, family-friendly event series presented by the City of Euclid.  The events will take place on the park’s Great Lawn and beaches adjacent to Henn Mansion and the recently expanded city fishing pier.   

The series will feature the 3rd annual Wind, Water and Waves- Wind Fest.  This year’s Wind Fest is expected to be better than ever with tethered hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, kite making stations, wind education, and much more.  Guests can also enjoy great food, cold beverages and live music!

The events series at Sims Park also includes a new concert series- Music & Munchies in association with the Beachland Ballroom and Tavern. The 2014 Music & Munchies lineup includes polka, bossa nova, R&B and a little bit of rock and roll.  Featuring live music, beach volleyball, food trucks and a beer garden we dare you not to have a good time!
