Meet me at The Tower

Have you noticed The Tower at the corner of Waterloo and E185? Its appearance startled many and displeased some; I find it’s growing on me – and it’s undeniably a great landmark (“Meet me under The Tower,” sort of like “Meet me under the clock,” at Grand Central). Would you like to know what’s planned for the final stage of the Waterloo Streetscape (of which The Tower is a small but very visible part)?
