Collinwood Ohio Graduation Test Breakfast

The OGT Breakfast held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 was a great success for Collinwood's students. Many students attended school early Saturday morning because of their determination to pass all FIVE parts of the Ohio Graduation Test. About 11:00 a.m. students and parents joined together in the first floor cafe to enjoy a hot breakfast featuring eggs, bacon, grits and pancakes. 

OGT questions were asked to everyone that was in line getting their food and determined whether or not they would receive their breakfast. For example: "What is a monarch?" This fun educational game lasted for a while before everyone finally started to get the food they wanted. After eating, students reported to the classrooms where they began to get the tutoring they needed.

Overall this was a fun day and it was worth getting out of bed early. The teachers are really supporting their students 100%. OGT testing week this year will begin March 15th.  With so much support and dedication, Collinwood test scores will once again knock every one else out the box!
