2009 Weatherization Program

                       2009 Weatherization Program (HWAP)

HWAP is a federally funded, low-income residential energy efficiency program

that reduces the energy use of qualified households throughout the state. HWAP

services include attic, wall and baseboard insulation, blower door guided air leakage

reduction, heating system repairs or replacement.
