Volunteers gathering on Saturday to make yard signs for Issue 33, countywide Health & Human Services Levy

When: 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, February 15

What: Volunteers in support of the upcoming Health & Human Services levy are getting together tomorrow morning at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to make and distribute Issue 33 yard signs to rally support for the critical issue that is on the March 17th ballot. Issue 33 funds critical resources for Cuyahoga County residents, including:

· Children who are at risk of abuse and neglect
· People with mental illnesses or an addiction
· People with serious health issue
· Victims of crime
· Senior citizens and people with disabilities

10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
1,000 Ties is a free event for young men ages 6-21 and their families. They will participate in workshops on male etiquette, self love, communication, the art of being a gentleman, and how to dress with a tie. They will be able to choose up to four ties that were donated by the community and be taught how to tie the tie. There will be the opportunity to connect with a mentor. We will have over local resources including the food truck from the Cleveland Food Bank.The Mom's Chat is a great opportunity for the mothers to work with licensed professionals on healthy eating and daily trials of raising a young man. Everyone is required to register online
