Mattress Firm Foster Kids School Drive

On Monday, July 11, 2016, all 36 Mattress Firm stores in Cleveland will host a school supply drive, the third of Mattress Firm Foster Kids’ six annual donation drives to benefit local foster youth and families. Through Sunday, September 4, 2016 during normal store hours, Mattress Firm will accept school supplies and monetary contributions to help give local foster children the confidence they need to succeed as a new school year begins. All items collected will be donated to CASA of Summit County at the end of the eight-week drive.
Throughout the year, Mattress Firm Foster Kids will hold drives at its Cleveland-area stores to collect items and raise funds to help thousands of local foster children. Donations from each drive will be distributed to partner organizations in the community.

Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga

Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees

*** Returning Clients: $150 for Summer
*** All Clients: 10% discount for 2 classes per week

Gentle Yoga – This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening!
