Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
*** New clients: Your first class is free!
*** Existing clients: Refer a friend and receive one free class!
Class Fees (One class per week)
New Clients (includes one free class): $135 for Fall, $150 for Spring, $165 for Summer and Winter
Returning Clients: $150 for Fall, $165 for Spring, $180 for Summer and Winter
All Clients: 10% discount for 2 classes per week

A fun and informational class that makes interior decorating easy!
Have you ever wondered how to make your home look well designed and “put-together” but you didn’t know where to start? This class will help you learn how to decorate any space like a pro!
A house doesn’t have to look like a museum and be filled with expensive furniture in order to be beautiful. Your house can be beautiful while at the same time express your personality, and support the way you really live.
Wine and other refreshments will be served!
“Wine and Design” will cover a broad range of decorating subjects in easy-to-understand terms.
You will learn:
* Decorating guidelines and tips
* Decorators’ tricks-of-the-trade
* How to use color and pattern
* Tips for decorating on a budget
* How to re-arrange what you already have
* Ways to get organized and manage clutter
* How and where to shop inexpensively
* Decorators’ inside discounts
* An introduction to Feng Shui decorating
* “Green” tips to save energy and money
The classes are held in the Buy Rite Office Furniture showroom, next door to the Milner Wallpaper showroom. You are welcome to tour the showrooms after the class and get personalized recommendations.
